R.: Tell us a few words about your company.
M.S: MITSIS BMW has been in the car industry for over 25 years.
In our facilities, located at 42 Souliou Street in Agios Dimitrios, is the maintenance – conversion of cars etc.

 

R.: How do you ensure the quality of the services provided?
M.S.: First of all, the name MITSIS is synonymous with the best quality, all the mechanics of the company have great knowledge and years of work experience and are trained and specialized in the brand of BMW and Mini.

 

R.: How many years do you professionally work in the car industry and what company do you represent?
M.S.: We have been professionally engaged in the automotive field for 26 years and we specialize in the brand of BMW and Mini.

 

R.: What are the most important differences of the current client with the client of ten years ago?
M.S: The current customer chooses with purely rational criteria, has a more conscious consumer behavior. He is also looking for the relationship between quality and price and he is interested in maintenance costs and resale costs.

 

R.: How much is BMW MITSIS organized in this area?
M.S: BMW MITSIS is a vertically integrated unit that includes a fully-fledged garage and a refinishing factory, part of genuine spare parts. Our garage is firmly at the top of the customer’s quality assessment.

 

R.: How does your company’s strategy vary during the crisis?
M.S.: Our goal is to “radiograph” the real needs of our customers and offer them not only good suggestions but best-of-the-art solutions for the services we offer them.

 

R.: BMW cars are definitely in the highest position in terms of image and quality. At what levels their prices are , as well as the prices of spare parts and service?
M.S.: BMW and Mini are the brands that give to the driver many advantages, such as high and easy resale because of the beautiful exterior appearance of the range and the very good service of our company, in combination with the low maintenance costs (spare parts, work). We have the option of maintenance for all cars and all ages of cars, offering MITSIS BMW confidence at prices that no other independent, unauthorized garage in the neighborhood can offer.

 

R.: Today MITSIS BMW what services does it offer?
S.M.: Today our company MITSIS BMW offers full coverage of all the services a modern car owner needs in order to keep it in perfect condition like service, refinishing, conversions, LPG, etc.

 

R.: What do you think are your competitive advantages?
S.M.: Our competitive advantages are our highly trained and skilled staff, our customer-centric structure and the knowledge of the subject throughout its wide range. Also the extra services we provide. We could mention the replacement cars that we have for free, for the better service of our customers. Our goal is to meet the needs of our customers and to provide them with the best in terms of their car and at the best prices. We need to be clear on how we can benefit our clients and our value proposition must be clear and targeted. We have many years in the field so we are well aware of how to grow and how to meet every possible need of our customers.

 

R.: What is your theory of what should be customer relationships? Are you in touch with your customers and what is the relationship you have developed?
S.M.: The climate that has developed among us is above all a climate of trust. We are in constant contact with them. We communicate with them to find out whether they have been followed up and develop a more personal relationship. A happy customer is also the best way to achieve our goals, because the so-called “word of mouth” marketing is the best basis for a good and robust collaboration. We believe that the best way of promotion is the quality of our services.
